These two troughs in Camden were both the gift of Mrs. Upton-Cottrell-Dormer and include the inscription "FLORENCE" (one also includes the inscription "CLEMENT"). I believe that "Florence" was Florence Upton-Cottrell-Dormer and "Clement" was her husband Clement Upton-Cottrell-Dormer. Were these troughs erected by their daughter?
