CommentsSpecial trough and fountain combined. Upper Street. Public subscription per E. Orben Esq. Inscription: "In memoriam Captain WH Trow KSLI died in South Africa 1900". Captain W. H. Trow was in the Shropshire Light Infantry. One of many troughs with an inscription that refers to the Boer War. This special trough/fountain is the same design as a structure in Handsworth.
