CommentsIn June 1885 two MDFCTA troughs, with MDFCTA numbers [1016] and [1017], were erected in Romford Market on either side of a drinking fountain. This one has been moved to outside Romford Town Hall. I believe the other trough from Romford Market was moved to Bradford.
