Type and sizeTrough 1c 12ft granite
Original locationKensington. Pelham Crescent
Date erectedDecember 1878
CommentsThe gift of Mrs. R.Trotter. Originally at the junction of Pelham Crescent and Fulham Road, £80.0.0. This trough is a non-standard size at 12ft. This trough was originally at Pelham Crescent - it is not the lost trough that was at Westbourne Grove. This trough is one of several erected in memory of Robert Trotter. The faux trough at Westbourne Grove was erroneously modelled on this trough (the trough that was originally at Westbourne Grove was 9ft 6in in length).
